Causes of masturbation
I have been masturbating when i was in class 10th and now i am in 12th and came to know about bad effects of it. I am really shocked to know that it causes loss of masculinity, energy and mainly loss of memory. I want to know that if from now onwards if i stop masturbating can i retain all those losses or is there any other way.

Well I would like to tell you clearly that whatever Side Effects you mention not at all caused by masturbation so be clear about it first.... secondly doing it or quitting it is your choice as it is normal for a person to masturbate and lesson until it interrupts your daily life becomes the only thing in your life..Thank you

It is very unfortunate that people /or Doctors(?) are suggesting you like this,and you are so much upset..!!! You can take my advice like a final word-...Masturbation DOES not cause ANY harm......!!!! The semen formation is a normal natural and ongoing process and if you do not masturbate you will have night-falls; because semen formed HAS to be excreted-rather masturbation has overall positive effect on your body and mind;it gives relaxation !!,it gives a sense of fulfilment-you are not going against the nature because semen formed has to be dischrged -any hyped loss of proteins or nutrients is a very verysmall -does not count!,So do not be a victimof myths -behave and think scientifically.

Hi there...it's not a disease it's just a desire...it's ok if you masturbate once or twice...too frequent masturbation may cause you problems....try to avoid frequency by distraction methods like yoga,meditation,listening to music,by doing activities you like etc.  masturbation now is regarded as a normal, healthy sexual activity that is pleasant, fulfilling, acceptable, and safe. It is a good way to experience sexual pleasure and can be done throughout life Masturbation is only considered a problem when it inhibits sexual activity with a partner, is done in public, or causes significant distress to the person. It may cause distress if it is done compulsively or interferes with daily life and activities...consult psychiatrists they will do the needful..
