Cause of my fever?
Am in fever frm 3 days...without feeling any cold or something...then what is it??on very first day my tummy ws littl upset (dehtdration)but i took ...medicine...
And i am okay with my tummy but in fever continous...and my urine is little yellow in colour!day after tommorow ..i have..my exam (Neet) so i dont wanna...go out...!
Please help me...

In view of exams in initial period you can have more intake of water. Paracetamol Tablets 500 mg about 3 times a day for 2-3 days. This may be a viral fever or Viral Intestinal infection. But if no relief within 2-3 days. it is better you find time to see your doctor for proper clinical examination , diagnosis , treatment and investigations if any at a letter stage.
