I'm suffering with caugh at night time daily. Sometimes it's heavy. But  day time it's  normal . And also Thick spittle white caught. And some gastric feeling while eating or drinking anything.

For how many days ? Do you smoke? Do you have any other disease ? Is there any history of contact with tuberculosis patient? Colour of the sputum ? Is there any recent body weight reduction or night fever or chest pain ? Do a CXR with sputum test

Heavy cough is not a good symptom. It maybe due to chest infection . You need proper treatment
