My six months old female cat didn't eat or drink for 3 days firstly today when I feed her water by cat fidder she immediately vomiting and peeing while vomiting What is the problem plz anyone reply ?? There are no vetnary nearby my house one is 256 km distance from my house Plz reply

It could be a viral infection which is very common in unvaccinated cats, or could be helminthiasis or Gastritis....if it's a viral then it would be pretty serious.
Next Steps
In such patients offline treatment with iv fluids is advised
