Carpal bone displacement
Doctor my left hand carpal bone displace from its place.I feel no pain at that place in normal conditions.But when i lift some heavy weight ,i feel some slight pain.Please give me any solution.

The location of the swelling looks to be a little above the carpal bones. Looks more like a ganglion cyst.

It can be Ganglion as well. May be your carpals are ok.
Get Xray done.
