Am tested covid+ve on 22nd april,i have a 3 months old baby without any symptoms..on may 10 th there is (regular)vaccine to my baby...due to feeding should i avoid this vaccine to my baby...pls suggest me

No need to avoid regular vaccination of baby . You can take Covishield / covid vaccine after 4 weeks of your covid test .
