Cardivas 3.25 and nebicard 5

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Is cardivas 3.25 less in power than nebicard 5,I am having hypertension due to sexual side effects my doctor shifted me to nebicard 5 from cardivas 3.25,blood pressure was not in control in cardivas but in good control in nebicard 5 plus no side effects? My blood pressure is showing 125/81 in omron 7120 machine,is it okay,or shall I considered plus or minus ? Plz advice
