Regarding nebicard 5 mg

My Mother experiencing chest pain dr. prescribed nebicard 5 mg+ calcium+vitamin D3+ CAAT 20+ Matildafort After I take this medicine the BP drops very low (like 103/65) sometimes 85/51 and I feel very weak for half of the day. I stop this medicine or not
