You have deranged lipid profile...it can be managed and controlled successfully with lifestyle changes, medications, or a combination of these approaches. Implementing lifestyle modifications, such as a low-fat and high-fiber diet, increased physical activity, and weight control, might decrease cholesterol levels by up to 20%–30%...consult physicians they will guide you further.

Your lipid profile is deranged
However to start you on medical therapy would be advisable by assessing your other risk factors
If you are a non smoker with no family history and without any other co morbidities then dietary and lifestyle changes would be sufficient
Repeat your lipid profile after two months
But if any of the above is not valid you should be on therapy
