Hi Nowadays many youth are suffering from sudden cardiac death under their 20's, 30's & this keeps me pondering If I'll be having such too despite my ecg, 2d echo, TMT came back normal 3 months ago but still I'm worried that I'll be having cardiac arrest and I can't get out of these thoughts My LDL is 133 HDL is 36 Total Cholesterol is 192 Non HDL is 156 HSCRP 3.59 Am i still at risk of having Cardiac arrest despite reports being normal ? Please help

If ECG, echo , TMT are normal , need not worry too much. Keep good habits, bring down your LDL-less than 100, regular exercise. Don’t take stress
