15 year old suffers from car rhinorrhea since 10 months did endoscopic third ventriculostomy , due to hydrocephalus, but the csf rhinorrhea continues although it reduced bit...its like 20 drops daily when she bend forward

CSF rhinorrhea occurs due to defect in the skull base.. commonly in the cribriform plate..if defect is large need Surgical repair.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
