Cant muve mu leg

I just woke up and muved right leg in L shape after i felt a pain under knee,now when i try to move part of the leg under knee it hurt as hell,its 2 time hapening to me 1 time i w8 around 1h until pain go and i cod move mu leg withaut pain.wod lowe to know whats this.Thanks for help . Tips
