Cannot concive due to irregular periods
I m 25 years I m not getting into periods if it comes it's just a drop in want to concive. I have pcos too so plz tell me how to control pcos and make my periods regular so that I can concive baby

For pcos all u need to do is lifestyle modification and dietary changes
Try following a strict regime
Do get your self worked up for preconceptional counselling and pcos to rule out any irregularities
I would suggest you to take an appointment of a gynaecologist soon to set u soon on a motherhood journey
