I have yeast deposition on my tongue. I use my saliva as a lubricant for my glans penis. Recently have been diagnosed with Candidal Balanoposthitis. Can my unhygienic tongue be a reason for this ?

It may be fungal infection on the tongue also . Need to see it to confirm. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment
