Cancer can present in many ways. So most of the symptoms can point towards cancer. Doctors always looks at all the symptoms a person has and come up with a diagnosis. Google always gives an exhaustive list because it is supposed to tell you everything.
Don't worry. Most of the times yout symptoms will not be due to cancer.
If you are still apprehensive, consult a doctor and get evaluated.

Hey there,
Everyone's body is different from another. Besides a doctor analyses symptoms with all the medical history, family history and few tests to reach to a diagnosis. Data in google can be from any source trustable or not is hard to say. But in practice everything is different.
So I'd advise your friend to consult a doctor with whatever symptoms he/she has. There's nothing to worry when you're in good hands. Because sometimes you just need counselling and not drugs.
Thank You
