Cancer patient. Please help urgently
Firstly I was giving amisulpride(amazeo od 200) to my aunt then as it was prolonging QTinterval(she's a cancer patient), so the psychiatrist changed it to peliperidone(palido od 4.5 combined with bexol 6) but my aunt felt very uncomfortable, she cried a lot and asked to give her amazeo again. So i gave her amazeo suddenly in that period of palido without asking the psychiatrist. Now i want to ask that what should I do now? My aunt want amisulpride but doctor wants peliperidone. Please help

It's best to consult your treating doctor & explain what happened on stopping amisulperide. In such case your doctor may find out some other strategy like gradual reduction of amisulperide depending on ECG status or change to some other medicine with which patient is comfortable
