What is her age? Is there any underlying medical/cardiac disease? What is the d dimer value. Revaxa can be used but the question is that, is it indicated?

Data provided is insufficient..need detailed history ..like age ,co morbids like t2dm ,htn ,any previous cardaic ailment , history about covid how severe it was .need for oxygenation or and ventilation ... biomarker levels like D DIMER ,hs CRP ,ESR ...ct severity score ..then only we can decide on need for anticogulation ..which DOAC to be used ..what dose ...and duration
