Can we stop anticoagulant medicine?

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Hello, Asking this question for my mother. She was diagnosed with Covid in August. Was during the treatment she was given LMW helparin and after the discharge she was asked to continue anticoagulant tablet Pradaxa. Her recent d dimer report seems normal (214 ng/ml). Should we continue with Pradaxa? She was treated in a government Covid hospital and we don't have any option of following up with the doctors over there. I'm attaching latest d dimer and igg antibody report. Please advise. Thank you
