Even rabies saliva has virus so no matter how much u wash it, it's better to avoid consumption of such thing, at least in future. As of now observe that street dog if it's in ur vicinity and if the dog develops symptoms like hydrophobia, jaw dropping, repetition of such attacks on others, then u should be cautious.

Risk is there, since rabies virus is present in saliva of dogs. Other bacterial infection might also occur. Though if she has washed it thoroughly, chances of risk are less.
Next Steps
you may consult a pediatrician nearby
