My girlfriend's 18 and had nausea about twice after a day or two after we conceived. She's missed her period and it has been about a week. I must add that she doesn't have a regular period cycle. She had constipation today and had sore breasts for about an hour yesterday. Is she pregnant?

Firstly, get a urine pregnancy test to confirm whether she is pregnant. Secondly, before attempting abortion, it is mandatory to confirm via ultrasound that the pregnancy has attached in the uterus and not any other structure. It is legal in India for an adult female to terminate her pregnancy by claiming failure of contraception. However, sadly many hospitals/clinics refuse unmarried women due to fear of legal troubles (Medicolegal case)
