Can we fix motion sickness permanently?
Everytime I travel I need to be precatious, can't it be fixed permanently? So that I won't have to take pills always

A permanent cure is not possible. Carrying a mouth dissolving tablet for motion sickness with you should be sufficient.

Use a proper fitting N95 mask while travelling. And do not remove till you finally get out of vehicle. This is the simplest way to avoid motion sickness. You won't even require any medicines ! Trust me !

It cant be permanently stopped...but will decreased with frequent exposure

No it's not possible but with time u may get habituated to traveling and have less of symptoms
