I am vaccinated for covaxin dose 2 can we do gym after a rest for a day please provide me the answer as soon as possible

Generally after vaccination specially with covishield . Some may experience fever,bodyache,weakness.. Gym shud be avoided for upto 3-5 days depending up their resolution of fever post vaccination.
In your case(covaxin) , best to resume gym after 2-3 days if no signs of fever
