Can torsion happen after orchiopexy

Asked for Male, 23 Years

About 1 year ago i lost my right testicle to torsion. My left one was stitched with 3-0 stitches. I'm feeling fine now but have developed minor varicocele on left testicle. My concern - can torsion happen after orchiopexy? I lift heavy objects every now and then ( like suitcases on stairs )
