Can Tiny scratch, rabies?

I found a very tiny scratch on my ankle after a dog ran dog ran into my bike. I am not sure if the scratch is from dog or from something else. Can it cause rabies. Should i get vaccination? How much would that cost?

If its a rabid dog bite you have more chances if getting rabies... I would suggest you to wash the area immediately with soap and water... And Consult nearest physician for vaccination... It may cost you from 1.5k to 2k.
