Can this be b12?
Breathlessness while going upstairs or running or carrying heavy bags. Extreme stiff neck left side. Worse after stairs or sleep. Shooting pains down the arm sometimes. Usually left arm. Shooting pains in arm simultaneously with ear or jaw for a good minute Twitches on different spots in body Fatigue Nausea High heart rate Schizophrenia like symptoms Increase in eye floaters Weakness Black on sides of tongue Canker sores Bitter taste in mouth Pvcs Hands wrinkle too quickly in water Visible veins in hands Body reacting to hot water or hot temperature in general with a feeling of burning pins shooting my skin everywhere Taking bisoprolol 2.5mg everyday for POTS like symptoms. Had MRI Brain 1.5T a week ago for numbness,random droopy eyelid and twitches especially random spot on tongue twitching and it showed Sinusitis. Had a normal 2D echo and stress test 2 years ago. Going to cardiologist today again for a follow up after an year. Mom has b12 deficiency as well turned into anemia.
