Can't urinate normally

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I am currently under medication for chronic tonsilitis for past one month medicines.are gr8 od, forenza 350,ancool syrup,placida plus,and montair fx. from yesterday I can't urinate normally there is lot urine in my bladder but I have to apply a lot of pressure after 4/5 min I can urinate plz help
