Can't move my sholder
Hi I woke up 1day & my shoulder was hurting it felt stiff & I Cud hardly move it I thought maybe I slept funny & would go after a few days but it didn't now its been like it for a few months i can't even push a lid on a can of hairspray its 2painfull & I can't do everyday things like shave my arm pits cuz I can't lift my arm high enuf, put a bra on I can't get my arm far enuf back 2reach & if I try it feels like my arm is going 2snap & Sumtimes the pain wakes me up, as it is my left shoulder & I lay on my left side I try not 2 but wen I'm asleep I roll on my left side & the pain of laying on it wakes me up, I haven't got a clue wots wrong with it plz can u help & do u av any ideas wot it Cud b?

Are you taking any medicines for diabetes?? It's a spasm or frozen shoulder Need physiotherapy Take TB miofree once a day for five days

Definitely seems like a muscular spasm. You need to eat few muscle relaxant drugs. Also you need rest and few tests. You start with Tab Voveran Sr 75 mg twice daily after meals.
