Can't go proper motion

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Hi doctors.....i was unable to go for motion for 3 or 4 days then i consulted a doctor....then he gave me sum tablets.....even then i was facing same problem....then every 15 days i use to consult the doctor but no use....then i took scan,blood checkup but every thing normal...still facing same problem plz help me

Hi, after going through your problem I want to suggest you to take more natural fiber in you diet like wheat, whole fruits drink plenty of water. and continue medication for some more days.
