So this might not be the place to ask but I’m gunna try. I am a male aged 20 who struggles to get a erect penis. When me and my girlfriend now try to have sex I have to put it off because I wasn’t “hard”.even masturbating is hard because it won’t get erect! I’m not sure what to do as I feel like it’s breaking my relationship apart
