Although not diagnosed, I think I have esophageal stricture. I have not been able to eat or drink anything for over 24 hours. I also continually "throw up". So nothing is going in and lots of saliva is coming out. This is the first time I've had an issue with food being "stuck", that hasn't resolved itself within a few hours or at least overnight. When does it become dangerous with no fluids?
