How is the diagnosis of esophageal cancer done. Has she underggone OGDscopy, biopsy, CT.
If yes please send the reports as then only one can take a decision regarding further plan of treatment whether it will be curative or palliative.
Next Steps
if possible please give her high protein liquid diet if she is able to tolerate liquids. otherwise please get her admitted with a surgical oncologist so as to take decisions faster
