Asked for Female, 36 Years

On 24 th sept. I got my period. Dr. prescribed me letroz 2.5 two tab each day 3-7. On my day 14 follicle size increased more than 20mm. hcg hucog 5000 was taken. In this month 24th oct again I got my period. Followed by pricription this month also I have taken letroz day 3 -7. I attached my husband's semen analysis report. Why I did not concieved??

You can take Letrozole again in this cycle also dear . Husband semen analysis report is normal

Use I know kit for detection of ovulation and timed intercourses from day 10 of periods onwards. Joining with husband in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks and sleep in the same position for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown.
