Can't Breathe proper
While laying on bed I can't breath properly. One side aur both side nostrils get blocked. I have undertaken in two surgery of deviated nasal septum but still I can't breath well. It also affect my mental health as I can't sleep properly in night and when my breath is disturbed I feel low and anxious I don't know how to handle it but I am bothered to much while my nose is blocked. What can I do to make my nose function correctly.
