Can someone explain what is this
I am attaching some pictures below. Please have a look and guide me.
History- I was infected with yeast/bacterial infection (not sure about it), after that there was inflammation and I was not able to pull my foreskin back. There was pain while erection.

Were there small blisters containing fluid? Did you apply something to the site? Does it itch or pain more? All this is important to arrive at a diagnosis. You'll also need to take a photo of the shaft from the top with foreskin pulled back.
