Asked for Male, 22 Years

After masturbation my fingers were smeared with sperm. then I washed fingers 2 times with ground water (well water )( No chlorine present in the water ) after that will the sperm die or be washed away ? After 12 hours of that I put my finger in my girlfriend's vagina So can she be pregnant? The duration between masturbation and fingering is 12 hours.
