Can One take cough syrup after vaccine
My husband took 2 nd dose for covishield 4 days back. Now he has some dry cough. Can he take cough syrup?

I would rather suggest you to take steam inhalation three times a day with gargling. Cough syrup usually dries the expectorant so there will be sudden relief but then the dry coughing might occur again.

Cough syrup doesn't jave any interaction. You can take. But if you have done your home remedies like gargling and honey ginger. Better show a doctor. Antihistamines will be better choice than cough syrup
