Hello Doctor, my father is an sugar patient. Day by day he is getting weaker and not talking proper diet as well some times he can't stop his urine however it's getting worse I came to know about this today as he was with me so could you please guide us on it.

Please take him to a doctor say a physician to begin with ....he needs urine routine and other basic tests in the blood and urine...it could be uncontrolled sugars or urine infections ....also need to check his prostate
