Hi I am 33 year old male and I have been diagnosed with lipoma since 2 years. There are small swelling on my hand. I was not bothered since the doctor said there is nothing to worry about it. I feel they may grow and hence I want to get rid of them. kindly suggest some permanent treatment to remove the lipoma without surgery.

If u have more than 2 lipoma and if it is not bothering your day to day activity then don't do anything for it.
But if it is bothering u with ur work or cosmetically then get it removed by a simple surgery.
Unfortunately there is no treatment without surgery
