Can Levocetrizen be given to 5months old

Hi, My son is 5 months old, and for the past few days he has had some random rashes on skin, I went to the pediatrician and he suspected it might be a mosquito bite, and it's spreading to other parts of the body. He suggested to take " Livocetrizen dihydrochloride ip and montelukast sodium ip suspension" drops Twice a day(2.5 ml) for 3 days. The rashes are too random ( 1 or 2 per day). Shall I give the drops to my baby?Is it okay to give Levocetrizen to 5 months old? Any thoughts about the dosage? Please advise

Better to avoid cetirizine or levocetrizine in less than6 months, Better to share pictures As some rashes in neonates might be due to applied products or lotion allergy
