Can Ibugesic + b gven more than 3c a day

My son (6yrs) has been Down with fever for the last 4 days , added to that since yesterday along with fever he has had severe chest congestion, soar throat and complaints of slight stomach pain and nausea ( since Saturday Night). Yesterday we consulted a pediatricoan and he administered antibiotic advent forte along with Ibugesic plus, Relent and Levolin. However post 3 am , he has been very restless with difficulty given the severe chest congestion and threw up phlegm and yellow bile. He has started with temperature again 100.9. Since the Ibugesic can be only given now after breakfast , how do I handle the increase in temperature? Also do let me know if I need to do anything else or show him again as his breathing is very noisy and difficult!
