Can I use Sesame oil for nostrils?
Can I use Sesame oil(till ka tel) daily 1-2 drops per nostril daily as a lubrication in nostril and make my nostrils free from frequent occuring dry hard crusts in it.
Also please suggest if I can use olive oil for ear lubrication and how frequent and what quantity I can use it.

Don’t use any oil for lubricating your nose and ear. Ear has mechanism to lubricate itself in form of wax. Avoid using ear buds. For nose crusting use solspre nasal spray 1 puff each nostril thrice daily
