Can I use apple cider vinegar for pimple

Hello doc ! I’m an 18 year old and I have very few pimples. I was wondering if I can use apple cider vinegar for my pimples ? Will they reduce my pimple or make it worse ? I’ve already been to a dermatologist and he said my pimples r very less and do not require any specific treatment.
