Why you had a blood pressure for only one week and in this young age? Try to go through the CRP level test and try to check your lipid profile as a precautionary measure and if everything is normal including the blood pressure then you can go for the vaccination and do not be hurry. While taking the vaccination explain your situation to the doctor who is giving the vaccine.
