my advice to assess your problen througly n propery n then treatmnet accordingaly,NOT BLIND precription of viagara.
i need more information about your problen as mastubation history ETC for proper assessment

It would not be helpful permanently.Because of serious side effects on heart and headache giddiness,
flushing (warmth, redness, or tingly feeling);
headache, dizziness;
abnormal vision (blurred vision, changes in color vision)
runny or stuffy nose, nosebleeds;
sleep problems (insomnia);
muscle pain, back pain; or
upset stomach.

Proper history and examination shud be done before u take any medicine. Suhagra will help u improve erection but wont help u with your timing. Consult a qualified sexologist or a psychiatrist for proper guidance and treatment.
