Can I take Duralast and Modula together?
I consulted a practo doctor regarding Erectile Dysfunction as well as Premature Ejaculation. Doctor asked me to take Modula 5 every night for 1 month to treat ED and Duralast 30mg 2 hours before sex.
But for some reason I am not properly understanding the reason behind taking Modula 5 for 1 month. Is it safe to take it every night?
The thing is, I think if ED is treated first then PE should be fixed automatically. But I'm not too sure about it, I'm not from medical background, it's just my general thoughts.
I need advice what is the best way to take these medicines? I read in one blog that Modula 5 should be taken 4 hours before sex!
Can someone please shed some light on it?

You can start with tadalfil which is modula and add duralast later if premature ejaculation not helped
