Good morning ma'am. Post viral infection including  SARS-CoV2 you might experience some weakness,  joint pain, easy fatigue  for around 2 weeks , during which you can take some multivitamin supplements. However its advisable to take natural sources of vitamins like fruits.  Also you should  include  adequate protein in your diet to enhance your immunity. As far  as Becosule z is concerned it has side effects too , though less frequently like, .Headache Mild transient diarrhea Congestive heart failure Rashes, skin irritation Cramps Frequent urination Chest pain Muscle weakness Transitory exanthema (skin eruption) Dizziness. So I would advice to avoid  consuming of your own for more than 2 weeks. Also its not required untill otherwise proven by lab test or asked by a practioner. Stay safe , healthy and  happy Regards
Next Steps
