No need of giving ofloxacin oz in piles. If it's combined with descentry and diarrhoea you can give, but ayurvedic medicines are more effective in piles treatment, you go for it.

Kindly don't self medicate, Oflox OZ is a combination of two antibiotics: Ofloxacin and Ornidazole. Ofloxacin kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Ornidazole kills the bacteria and other microorganisms that cause infections by damaging the DNA. This is not a treatment for piles so kindly don't administer the medication. If there is persistence and worsening of the condition, kindly visit a general surgeon at the earliest.
