Can I get pregnant with dried pre cum ?

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Boyfriend had pre cum on his finger which rubbed it on thumb. It was exposed to air for a minute or so.. totally dried up. Then he put his fingers on my clitoris and rubbed it. ( I was wet) few seconds later he put his fingers on the vaginal opening.. didn’t insert them inside... just rubbed it slightly.. while this make me pregnant?
