Can I get pregnant
Neef to know if it's safe to have second child now. What possible complications if any. I have completed 34 years ( 18/08/1983)and have a 7 year old son. My husband is 42.My first delivery was c section.Periods regular.

Yes you can get pregnant again. With a little bit increase risk of chromosomal abnormalities in baby , problem in conceiving , hypertension and diabetes in pregnancy and restricted growth of the fetus. In general c section doesn't affect anything. Start taking tablet folic acid 5 mg once a day 3 months before planning a pregnancy and shed extra pounds of weight if you have any. And go for it.
