Can I get Covishield if mu IgE is 1500+?

I'm pre-diabetic and I experience allergies most of the time. My IgE is at any given point of time above 1000 and I checked it multiple times. Is it safe for me to take the Covishield vaccine? If yes, what are the precautions should I take to be safe? Thank you.
